Development and Evaluation of Energy-Saving Electro-Hydraulic Actuator

چکیده

This paper will develop a novel electro-hydraulic actuator with energy saving characteristics. system is able to work in differential configurations through the shifting algorithm of valves, meaning that this developed can be adjusted flexibly obtain desirable working requirements including high effectiveness recovery from load, velocity or torque. Instead establishing mathematical model for purpose dynamic analysis, built AMESim software. The simulation results reveal save approximately 20% consumption compared traditional without EHA. Furthermore, evaluate accuracy model, experiments performed prove strongly experimental are well matched attained model. also offers useful insight into designing and analyzing hydraulic systems experiments.
